Las Marinas

To give all the 278 apartments of this complex a canal-front view we cut two internal canals into the land creating a kilometer long perimeter. The four-floor buildings placed accordingly are two long buildings at the extremes, two ‘U’ shaped buildings around the internal canals and 14 townhouses. Along the canals are long walkways, three pools, and mooring docks for the apartment owners. The buildings have two, three and four-bedroom apartments and the three level town-houses have four-bedrooms with a large roof terrace.
